Splash Boutiques are looking to recruit a full–time Social Media Manager to join our team:

To augment our expanding Marketing team, we are seeking for a ful–ltime, on–site Social Media Manager. The role has a six-month probation period. In these roles, you will support social media and community management efforts for Splash Boutiques, Splash Kids and Samo Limassol accounts, you will be working closely with sales (online and in-store) and creative departments.

Job Responsibilities:

1/ Social Media Management:

  • Content scheduling, planning & publishing.

  • Visual asset management.

  • Moderation & community management.

  • Monitoring & interacting with UGC.

  • Campaign creation based on audience segmentation.

  • Ad scheduling using Ads Manager.

  • Ad performance and optimization using Ads Manager / Meta Business Suite.

  • Monthly reporting and working with budgets.

2/ Social Media Content:

  • Able to shoot daily content for stories & reels output.

  • Knowledge of image and video editing platforms.

  • Developing Creative Briefs for Social Media campaigns.

  • Copywriting for social media posts.

  • Creative brainstorming.

  • Benchmark, trend analysis & best practices reports.

3/ Email Marketing:

  • Assisting in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns.

  • Knowledge of creating email templates and publishing using Mailchimp (or other similar

  • platforms).

  • Writing and editing content for newsletters and promotional emails.

  • Monitoring email performance and optimizing campaigns based on results.

Required Profile:

  • University student or recent graduate with a degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related fields.

  • Excellent knowledge of social media: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook.

  • Fluent in English and Greek.

  • Strong writing & grammatical skills.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Detail–oriented and thorough.

  • Creative eye & artistic sensibility.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Interest in luxury, fashion, beauty, and art industries is advantageous.

  • Knowledge in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing platforms is a strong plus.
