Born out of a love for fashion and art, Splash is the feat of a family of visionaries; Troodia, a pioneer in the luxury industry of Cyprus since 1997, and Joanna and Demetra, who have been at the helm of expanding and constantly growing Splash World in meaningful and thoughtful ways.

Troodia is a Cypriot native born in 1967. She was involved in the clothing industry from a young age, since manufacturing and wholesale of clothing was a family business.
Troodia’s unrest mind and vision saw her creating Splash TG in 2000 and soon after she opened the first of its kind luxury store in Cyprus – Splash by the Beach - at an idyllic/majestic environment facing the beach.
Her vision did not end there, and worked diligently to not only offer luxury goods, but to offer a unique memorable service/experience while doing so.
But it did not all seize there. She went on to create and open a men’s boutique with an in-house restaurant/café as well as a kid’s luxury brands boutique all of which were first of their kind, in Cyprus.
As if all this was not enough, she has just inaugurated Art 125, an art gallery in between the other stores, hosting artists of worldwide fame.
Behind our women’s wear buying is our Art Director Joanna Efstathiou. Joanna was exposed to fashion since she can remember since her family was always involved in the business. She holds a BA degree in Fashion Communication and Styling from Middlesex University and has been with the company for the last 10 years.
Being in charge of sales has enabled her to not only upgrade the company’s services offered, but also to develop a strong VIP clientele list. That along with her good eye for elegance and sophistication has helped her in her buying, season after season, where she made a name for with Splash’s partners around the globe.
Demetra, a Central Saint Martins graduate with a BA in International Fashion Production and Management, brings a wealth of experience from her five years in various sectors of the fashion industry in London. Joining Splash Group with a vision for influential leadership, she spearheads key growth projects within our strategic business plan.
Demetra's expertise encompasses networking, activations, financing schemes for new openings, year projections, collaborations, leadership and training programs, as well as seamless system implementations. Her dedication to empowering teams and driving innovation makes her an invaluable asset to our organization, propelling Splash Group towards a vibrant and successful future in the world of fashion.
